Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We ask that you complete payment before the beginning of the first class. 1. Cancellation within 24 hours of class: No refund given. 2. Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: Funds will be held and a 'make-up' session will be arranged between teacher and student. * *Make-up classes are dependent on class availability so while we cannot promise that a one will be possible, we will do our best. *Any make-up class has to be done within the same term as the class missed.
